Any vacant seat(s) remaining after completion of UG Application for North East through NEET Score. Selection for admission to the following Programs will be conducted from aspiring eligible candidates from Mizoram State based on the merit of SMATEE-2023 score. Those who are already admitted in a particular course of the Institute are not allowed to appear for the selection.

Admission Regulation specified the Admission in the Degree in Pharmacy shall be 10+2 passed in Science stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in PCB/PCM and English or Dip. In Pharmacy with a minimum aggregate of 50% . Relaxation of marks by 5% for the candidates belonging SC/ST/OBC is admissible.

B.Sc.Nursing

10+2 passed in Science stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in PCB and English and must have passed in all subjects. Relaxation of marks by 5% for the candidates belonging SC/ST/OBC is admissible.

  1. Documents required at the time of online Admission and Physical verification
  1. Valid SMATEE- 2023 score card.
  2. Recent colour passport size photograph (to be uploaded) 
  3. Class 10 marksheet and certificate. 
  4. Class 12 or equivalent marksheet and certificate. 
  5. Adhaar card/Voters ID card/Passport/Driving license as identification proof.
  6. Medical certificate (only prescribed form should be used which is available at the institute website). 

  1. The inter-se-merit of candidates for tie-breaking 

In case of two or more candidates obtain equal marks/percentile scores in the SMATEE - 2023, the inter-se-merit shall be determined as follows: 

  1. Candidate obtaining higher marks/percentile score in Biology (Botany & Zoology) in the HSSLC, followed by, 

b) Candidate obtaining higher marks/percentile score in Chemistry HSSLC, followed by, 

c) Candidate obtaining higher marks/percentile score in Physics in the HSSLC, followed by, 

d)Candidate obtaining higher marks/percentile score in HSSLC.

  1. Admission Process and Counselling:

  1. Admission shall be strictly based on the merit of valid SMATEE-2023 score only. 

  2. Short listed candidates shall be called for online counselling based on the merit. They shall select the program of their choice depending on the availability of seats.

  3. Candidates who failed to attend counselling on the notified date and time shall forfeit their claim for admission.

  1. If any candidate gets admission on the basis of false information/improper means or on the basis of false mark- sheet/certificates, his/her admission will be treated cancelled and legal action will be taken against him/her under Indian Penal Code (IPC). Candidates are advised to read the admission brochure carefully before applying for admission. And ‘also, to check the Institute website regularly for any update

  2. The prospective candidates are advised to keep visiting the RIPANS website regularly for announcements, notices and updates, because no separate information shall be sent to any prospective candidate.

  3. Any clause contained in this notification is subject to alteration(s) and modification(s) without   prior notice. The candidates are required to produce all the originals certificates for physical verification at the time of reporting to the institute.
