Pharmacognosy Tour 2024 was conducted for 5th Semester B. Pharm students at Muthi Park and Muthi Tlang as a part of activities under IQAC Programme.

Pharmacognosy Tour 2024 was conducted for 5th Semester B. Pharm students as a part of activities under IQAC Programmeat at Muthi Park and Muthi Tlang on 27th July 2024. Mutthi Village is located approximately 10 kilometres from RIPANS, Aizawl. It is famous for its nature park, Muthi Park and its hill, Mutthi Tlang, both of which lies within the periphery of Muthi village. It offers picturesque and breathtaking views, blessed with abundant vegetation as well. This tour aims to provide opportunity for students to have field study on native plant by collecting and preparing herbarium. Students were introduced the process of specimen collection, pressing, mounting, and labelling for herbarium.
