The Department of Nutrition & Dietetics actively promotes research, scientific writing and scholarly publication among its faculty and staff. The Department has contributed to peer-reviewed national and international journals through scientific articles and Letters to the Editor, including publications with leading academic publishers such as Elsevier, Springer Nature and the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN).
The Department also contributes to academic literature through book chapters in the areas of nutrition, clinical sciences, reproductive health and allied health sciences. These scholarly activities reflect the Department’s commitment to research, evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary learning and continuous academic development.
