The programme was held at 3rd semester classroom, RIT RIPANS campus. The programme was divided into two sessions, and the class teacher of 3rd semester Ms. PC Lalrinfeli gave a welcome speech in the first session. The first session introduced the attendees to the topic of interviewing skills in a step-by-step method using power point presentation. The second session guided the students into stimulate environment to provide a role-playing activity and practice a job interview in preparation to launch their future career to come. During this activity, the students noted their observations based on a given set of parameters the students took turns in role playing. It was an interactive session, and the students were reciprocative. The program ended at around 4:15pm.
