The Department of Optometry, RIPANS, organised an online guest lecture on “Digital Eye Strain and Blue Light: Evidence-Based Practice,” delivered by Dr. Mohammad Nooruz Zaman, Head of Department, Sankara Academy of Vision, Sankara Eye Hospital, Ludhiana, Punjab. The session highlighted the causes and clinical features of digital eye strain, focusing on prolonged near work, accommodative stress, reduced blink rate, and ocular surface dryness.
