Dr. Gaurav Bharadwaj, Head of Department, Amity University, Gurugram, was the guest speaker. He discussed diverse career opportunities in Optometry under the National Allied Health Science Act, including roles in vision therapy, contact lens practice, squint management, corneal retrieval, and even spectacle design. He also stressed the importance of research in advancing the profession.
