The 6th Semester Students of optometry went for occupational Field trip to Thenzawl on 11th-12th April, 2025They conducted eye camp, visited hand loom industries and stone query for occupational Optometry awareness and spreading awareness for eye health and which may be lacking in the ergonomic set up of the people working in such environment. Protective glasses were distributed to the stone query workers and questionnaire was shared to collect data on early presbyopia and dry eye syndromes in the working community.
