The Department of Physiotherapy, Regional Institute of Paramedical and Nursing Sciences (RIPANS), Aizawl, organized an invited expert lecture on “Mental Health” on 8 October 2026 at 10:00 AM through an online platform. The session was delivered by Dr. G. Ragesh, Lecturer and Psychiatric Social Worker at the Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (IMHANS), Calicut. The lecture aimed to enhance awareness and understanding of mental health, its significance in overall well-being, and the importance of recognizing and addressing mental health concerns.
