The Department of Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), Regional Institute of Paramedical and Nursing Sciences (RIPANS), Aizawl, is organizing a seminar on “Enhancement of Employability Skills” on 22 October 2026 at 2:00 PM at Lecture Hall-3, Academic Block-I, RIPANS, Aizawl.The seminar will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Sairavi Kiran Biri, Professor, Department of Medical Laboratory Science, RIPANS. The programme aims to enhance students’ employability skills, improve their professional competencies and prepare them for future career opportunities. All final-year undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students are the intended participants.The seminar is expected to provide valuable insights into developing essential skills for professional growth and successful career development.
