The Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLS), RIPANS organized a Personality Development Programme on 1st & 2nd April 2026 at Academic Block I, Lecture Hall III for the final semester UG and PG students. On the morning of 2nd April 2026, the session was conducted by Dr. Jeffrey R. Lalramdina, who delivered an engaging and insightful talk on interview skills and preparation techniques. During the session, he highlighted the importance of effective communication, confidence, proper body language, and professional etiquette during interviews. To provide practical exposure, Dr. Lalramdina also conducted mock interview sessions with the students, allowing them to experience real interview scenarios. The afternoon session was delivered by Dr. Malsawmdawngliana, who highlighted the importance of personality development, communication skills, and professional growth. The programme was informative and helped students appreciate the importance of developing both personal and professional competencies for their future careers.
