The Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLS), Regional Institute of Paramedical and Nursing Sciences (RIPANS), organized a seminar on “Personality Development” on 1st April 2026 at Lecture Hall III, Academic Block I for the final semester UG and PG students.On 1st April, the morning session was conducted by Ms. Ishanika Chawngzikpuii, who highlighted the importance of self-confidence, communication skills, and a positive attitude for personal and professional growth. The afternoon sessionwas taken by Mr. Remlalliana Hnamte, who shared practical insights on Artificial Intelligence (AI), emotional intelligenceand the importance of interpersonal skills, leadership, and self-discipline in today’s professional environment.The seminar was interactive and well received by the students, providing valuable guidance for their personal and professional development
