The Department of Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), RIPANS, successfully organized a Health Screening Camp to promote early detection and timely management of common health conditions. During the camp, screening was conducted for anemia, sickle cell anemia, hypertension, diabetes (via blood tests) and tuberculosis (via sputum tests) under the supervision of experienced pathologists and microbiologists. In addition to the laboratory screening, specialist consultations were provided by physicians and pediatricians, ensuring comprehensive evaluation and guidance for all attendees. A total of 209 patients were screened, including 55 males and 154 females, marking the event as a significant step toward improving community health and awareness.
