Payment(If required) should be completed with any one of the following option:
1. Net Banking: Success Rate - 93%
2. UPI Option: Success Rate - 95%
(via UPI Virtual ID or QR Code)
3. Card option: Success Rate - 45%

TIPS: Steps for Online payment using UPI option through Mobile Phone.
1. Before opening the payment link in your mail, Note down your UPI ID (e.g. xxxxxxxx@oksbi)
2. Open Payment Link provided in Email (Mail may be located in Spam/Junk Folder).
3. Choose UPI Payment option when online payment page appear.
4. Select Via UPI ID/Virtual Address.
5. Enter your UPI ID and Capcha, and then confirm. (Do not open other Apps, quickly enter your UPI ID to avoid screen timeout)
6. Your UPI apps will be open automatically and make payment as the amount displayed.
7. After successful transaction, screenshot your payment details for your own records.
Admission is open only for beneficiary state nominated candidates. Each Beneficiary State (8 N.E. States viz. Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim) should provide allotment order base on their selection and the applicant should acquire and upload the same document.
An interested student from any state may approach their respective State department/Board for selection procedure.

RIPANS Common Entrance Test (RCET) may be conducted on the basis of availability of seats after State Nominated seats Admission. Application form submission (Online) for RCET shall be open as per notification issued by the Institute of RIPANS.Entrance Test (RCET) shall be conducted from the qualified applicant and selection through counselling shall be conducted accordingly.

BCC(Basic Computer Course) Certificate shall be issued only for those who completed any one of the Degree Course viz. B.Sc.Nursing, B.Sc.MLT, B.Pharm, B.Optom B.Sc.RIT with Computer/IT Subject as per curriculum.
Online Application Procedure:
- Select Online Application -> BCC Certificate from the Menu. OR Student Portal Login available in the Home Page.
- Student Portal should be login as given below:
Student ID: RIPANS Students ID No (e.g: BN/20xx/xx or 2021BSNxxx as printed on your ID Card. For Students admitted on or before 2019, ID No may be verified as the ID list provided in Annexure-I)
Password: 12345678(default) students can change later.
3. After entering the Student Portal, Select BCC Certificate from the main Menu.
4.Check your display data content carefully and if any discrepancy found, report immediately to Web Admin (ripans.cc@gmail.com) before submission. Fill up the online form carefully by entering the empty fields. You can save, open and re-edit your form before clicking Submit Button.
5.After Clicking Submit Button no more editing/revision allowed and the form will be send to the Institute for verification and approval.
6.On approval of the application, Payment link of BCC Certificate Application Fee of ₹100/- (Non-Refundable) will be sent to the applicant’s email (as email ID enter in the form).
7.Certificate will be generated on receipt of the Fee payment. (Note that Online Fee payment screenshot may be retained for future reference). Any payment issue should be reported immediately to Web Admin.
8.Certificate (Printed Copy) shall be issued and applicant should collect from Computer Centre, Academic-III,RIPANS.
